If we're working together and I've asked you to install the remote support tool, you're in the right place.

Run the installer once it finishes downloading.
When it opens, you'll see a 9-digit ID and a password — read both to me over the phone.
That's it. The session ends when you close the program, and nothing stays running in the background unless we've set up unattended access on purpose.
